SOME of Australia’s best adventure racers from Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne joined a strong contingent of locals on Saturday to battle it out in the annual Forster Adventure Race.

A total of 245 competitors tackled the 67km swim, run, ride, paddle and run from Elizabeth Beach in Pacific Palms to Main Beach Forster.
